Ian is a professional operations manager with over 20 years of experience in the aid sector. He holds a post graduate degree in supply chain management from Cranfield Management UK. Ian leads the Avenir strategy and operations support team. Previously, Ian has worked as a response and logistics manager in some 20 major disasters, largely with the International Red Cross (IFRC) and the United Nations.
Hetty is a professional change manager with over 20 years of experience, of which some 10 years are in the aid sector. She holds a post graduate degree in change management from Groningen University, Netherlands and leads the Avenir competency development and change management team. Previously, Hetty worked at WFP’s Logistics Development Unit, following a successful career as a communications manager at TNT.
Brian is a professional evaluator with over 17 years of experience in the aid sector. He has completed post graduate studies in public administration and a certificate in evaluation practice at George Washington University. Brian leads the Avenir evaluation and research team. Previously Brian was the Senior Director of International Policy and External Affairs for the American Red Cross.
